Edomaezushi Hanabusa

We found this hidden gem away from all the crowd in the center of Tokyo. We entered the restaurant without a reservation. Luckily, Chef Hideki Nakajima decided to take us and serve us as his only guests until his 7pm reservation. We were served a high quality 10 piece + 1 roll omakase at a fairly reasonable price. Our favorite pieces was the scallops, uni and the fatty tuna. All of them were extremely soft and sweet. They literally melt in your mouth. The best sushi we had so far in Japan.

My goodness. One of the best meals of my life. Ambiance is rare in that it’s both playful and serious. Mood is light and exciting - everyone knows they’re in for something special. Fish is of the highest quality. Worth every penny. By the time the mea was over, i had asked the chef if I could be his son.

Such an amazing restaurant and experience. Would absolutely go back every time I visit Tokyo. Fantastic!

Chef provided a wonderful experience. Would rate 5/5. Incredibly price to quality ratio. Would definitely go again and certainly plan to. I don’t think you can get better sushi anywhere and I say that with extreme confidence.

High quality sushi selections in Akasaka,Tokyo.

This should be taken with a grain of salt because this was not only my first time eating sushi in Japan, and my first Omakase experience... But oh my God, that was incredible. Is there a 6 star option? One of the best meals of my life. The chef and his helper were so kind, helpful and generous. Most importantly, his Nigiri was absolutely incredible. I seriously could not recommend this place enough.Also! As an added bonus, it's one of the few well rated sushi restaraunts open on a Sunday.日本で一番の食事でした
